Important Notes

• Please send the deletion request email from the same email address associated with your Video Eraser account.
• Include the following details in your request:
  • Your full name
  • The email used for your account
  • Any additional information that may help us verify your identity
• Our team will review your request and begin processing the deletion accordingly. Processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Once deleted, your account and all related data — including uploaded videos — cannot be recovered. Please back up anything important before requesting deletion.
