Delete Account
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to [email protected].
Note: Send the deletion request from the same email address associated with your Video Eraser account so we can verify ownership.
Information to include
- Your full name.
- The email associated with your account.
- The platform you use, such as iOS or Android.
- Any additional details or instructions regarding deletion.
What happens next
Our team reviews the request, verifies that it came from the account owner, and starts the deletion process. Most verified requests are processed within 72 hours.
If the information does not match our records, we may ask for additional details before deleting the account. This protects users from unauthorized deletion requests.
Before you request deletion
Deletion is irreversible once completed. Back up important videos, exported files, receipts, or support records before submitting your request.
Some limited records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, or legal compliance.
